Fluster Buster

Here is a new segment that I will be adding every week, it is called "Bargain or No Bargain".

A good deal is only as good as the product you are purchasing. If you pay full price for an item that you absolutely love, is that a good deal? If you purchase an item at a really good price but you absolutely hate it, is that a good deal?

Bargain or No Bargain gives you a chance to let the manufacturer's know exactly how you feel about their products and most of the time you will be rewarded with some very valuable coupons and sometimes FREE gifts.

Every week I will list some of the products that you may have purchased from the previous weeks deals. Along with those products I will include a link to the manufacturer. If it was a:

BARGAIN - (you liked the product) send a quick note to the manufacturer telling them what you purchased, what you liked about it, and be sure to thank them for their time. Be personal, give them specific details as to what you liked about the product.

NO BARGAIN - (you didn't like the product) send them a polite note letting them know what you purchased, what you didn't like about it, and be sure to thank them for their time.
TIP: Don't make a complaint if you don't have one, the companies usually investigate the complaints. Also be sure to save the packaging, they may need the product and lot #'s to complete an investigation.

Here's How Bargain or No Bargain Works:
  1. Every Saturday I will list a few of the products that you may have purchased from one of the drug stores, grocery stores or national chain stores that was featured in our weekly deals.
  2. Next to each product there will be a link to the manufacturer.
  3. You choose the product(s) that you purchased (or have used in the past).
  4. Send them a letter letting them know what you honestly think about their product.
  5. Check your mailbox for coupons and FREE gifts.
  6. Roll these coupons into more great deals.

This is a unique idea that I haven't seen on any other blog. It's so convenient that you are doing the work to provide a link to the company web sites. I'm definitely participating!
