I just found this $1/1 Ore-Ida Steam n' Mash Potatoes coupon. I have never heard of them, but after reading about them I am definately going to give 'em a try.

These would be great for those nights when you are in a hurry to get dinner on the table and want to serve something healthy. Ore-Ida peels and chops them (the hardest part) and all you have to do is steam them in the microwave and mash. What a deal, I love anything that makes my life a little easier.
